2.2. Autonomy: Any financial decision executed by the User is performed entirely at their sole discretion and exclusive risk.

Article 5: Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, Clover Wealthmere shall not be held liable for technical interruptions, API latency, or inaccuracies in third-party data feeds, nor for events of Force Majeure, including massive cyberattacks.
Article 6: Governing Law and Jurisdiction This contract is exclusively governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute not settled out of court shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
